I am a resident of north Edmonton and have been for the past 40 years. I have been involved in the Home Construction and Real Estate Sales industry since my late teen years. I began as a construction site helper at 17 years old, and by 19 I was a foreman. In my early 20's I obtained my Carpenters certification and I was involved in the construction of large housing projects all over Northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
Over the years I have served on numerous committees dealing with the housing industry including the Edmonton Home Builders Association, where I served as President in 1977 and was awarded the Prestigious "Beaver Award". In more recent years I served on the Arbitration Board for the Edmonton Real Estate Board.

During my 20 years of selling Existing Real Estate with Royal LePage, I have been the Top Office Producer several times. My awards to date include Award of Excellence - Lifetime member, Presidents Gold and Directors Platinum. I continue to be one of Royal LePage ArTeams top producing sales Representatives.

I feel that honesty, integrity and professionalism are essential factors to doing business, therefore it is important to me to share with you that in my 20 years of service in the industry that I have never had a complaint filed against me with the Real Estate Board. So If you are concerned about the integrity of a prospective agent that you may choose, ask for a letter from the realtor to review any and all complaints filed against them at the real estate board, I would be happy to provide one for you at your request.
